To see or change these, please edit the /app/Enums/Organize.php file. is_note: Is the response a note? 1 for yes or 0 for no. ip_address: This is the customer IP Address. employee_response: Is the response from a employee? 1 for yes or 0 for no. user_id (OPTIONAL): This will submit a user_id for the response, this is handy for Employee replies. The result returns the ticket ID.
