Create a Ticket

To use the Ticaga's API you need to submit the connection first:

URL: https://yourdomain.com/api/connectiontickets/create

name:customer_id: The nameID of the customer.

if the customer doesn't have an ID please set this as 0.

email:subject: The email addresssubject of the administrator.

priority: The priority of the ticket.
status: This is not required but you can submit
